Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This position offers the ability to maintain, develop relationships with key clients and manage the promotion and strategic sales. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads from freelance websites like Upwork, Fiverr, and other tech work freelance websites.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision-makers within the client organization.
- Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company’s practice leaders.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
